Staff Product Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Product Manager located in Bengaluru. The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, managing product life cycles, and ensuring successful product launches. They will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The role also includes conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing performance metrics to inform product decisions.
Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace platforms

Product Management experience, including defining product strategies and managing product life cycles

Skills in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams

Proficiency in conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing performance metrics

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities

Experience in the food delivery or restaurant technology industry is a plus
