Staff Product Manager Vaults

You will own the Vaults vertical end to end, from the consumer application through the protocol layer. You will set the product roadmap and vault strategy, conduct customer research, work with external vault providers, and partner across engineering, legal, partnerships, integrations, and go-to-market functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Morpho Vaults from the application layer to the protocol.
• Grow vault deposits and make depositing and earning effortless.
• Own the overall vault strategy across engineering, partnerships, integrations, legal, and go-to-market functions.
• Build and run customer research with trading desks, institutional clients, curators, and depositors.
• Develop and execute a strategy for external vault providers.
• Grow external vault-provider relationships and shared deal flow.
• Collaborate with the protocol team on goals and research for the next vault protocol generation.
• Partner with legal to address legal and regulatory complexity in vault products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience with a proven record of shipping products.
• Deep finance and/or crypto experience, including traditional finance with crypto exposure or hands-on crypto or DeFi product experience.
• Ability to operate across the full product stack, from consumer application UX to protocol-level design.
• Comfort with legal and regulatory complexity in financial products.
• Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
• Clear async communication.
• Strong ownership and autonomy.
• Team-first mindset.
