All About Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Stanchfield.

We provide private duty nursing for medically complex individuals who require ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and other advanced care. Owned and operated by two experienced RNs with ICU and emergency backgrounds, we’re passionate about delivering quality care to a highly specialized population.

Now Hiring for Multiple Shifts:

Shift: Flexible

Schedule: 2–5 shifts per week plus every other weekend

If you're just starting your nursing career, this is a great opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience with complex medical needs in a calm and supportive environment. Paid training is provided, along with continued mentorship to help you build your confidence and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Stay awake and alert throughout the overnight shift to monitor clients

Provide personal cares, medication administration, and treatments as needed

Perform routine assessments and vital signs

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors

Ensure the comfort and safety of clients during overnight hours

Requirements:

Current Minnesota RN or LPN license

CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable, observant, and compassionate—especially during overnight hours
