Summary
Lead AI integrations and build GenAI-powered products at a payments infrastructure company, designing backend services, APIs, and frontend apps while collaborating with ML engineers.
You will lead projects that scale AI customer and partner integrations and develop GenAI-powered products. You will design backend services and frontend applications, collaborate with AI and machine learning engineers, run rapid experiments, evaluate technical and business impact, and improve agentic customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve integrations with AI providers
- Redefine consumer link experiences for conversational interfaces
- Architect the trust layer for agentic commerce
- Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Build high-quality frontend applications
- Architect and implement GenAI-powered products
- Run rapid experiments
- Evaluate technical feasibility, product potential, and business impact
- Improve multi-turn and multi-agent customer support systems
- Extend agentic systems across the customer journey
