Staff Software Engineer - Authentication & Authorization
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Authentication and Authorization platform team, you'll help shape how identity works across a growing portfolio of payment, custody, and liquidity products. You'll bring together products that have grown up using different identity providers and protocols into a unified, consistent experience, while building the fine-grained authorization primitives that teams rely on every day. AI tooling is core to how the team works day-to-day, including coding assistants, LLM-based workflows, and agentic tools across design, development, and operations, so you should already use these fluently.

Requirements
- Backend engineering experience in Golang or Java, including building and operating production applications within Kubernetes environments
- Experience designing or contributing to identity systems, ideally in a multi-tenant or federated context
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools as part of day-to-day engineering workflow
- Experience collaborating across teams and writing design documents that build alignment
- Familiarity with modern authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML, and how they behave in production (nice to have)
