Staff Software Engineer - Data & AI Platform Leadership

CommBank is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape customer channel, data and AI platforms for Business Banking. You will influence architecture and engineering standards, delivering scalable cloud-native solutions across enterprise channels and CRM experiences.

You will work across backend, frontend and data-enabled services, champion DevSecOps and automated testing, and mentor engineers to raise technical capability within cross-functional squads.
