As a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity, you'll drive engineering innovation across the entire company and stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends. You'll spearhead research initiatives exploring new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and guide the approach and execution of a team or group of teams. You'll dig into arbitrarily complex and critical problems, finding a path forward until resolution. Working closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, you'll architect, design, and deliver high-quality solutions, and conduct architectural reviews that help shape Webflow's technology stack. You'll be a model for engineering innovation, collaborating with partners, customers, and investors, while mentoring and coaching other engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning. You'll build internal platforms where agents are first-class tenants, designing APIs, guardrails, and observability that let humans and autonomous systems ship together smoothly. You'll also establish paved paths and self-service capabilities so teams can bundle, build, and deploy code with minimal friction.

Requirements

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
