Staff Software Engineer Full Stack
You will build and enhance customer-facing features, with a particular focus on the frontend. You will own key features from architecture and implementation through deployment and support, create performant interfaces for AI insights, and improve engineering practices, tooling, and system health.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance customer-facing features, especially frontend experiences
- Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture through deployment and support
- Create intuitive and performant user interfaces for AI insights
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering practices
- Partner with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Evolve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling
- Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Work from the New York City office 3+ days per week
- Proficiency in TypeScript frameworks
- Experience with Node.js and REST API design
- Experience with mobile or web performance optimization
- Problem-solving skills
