Staff Software Engineer Growth Revenue Enablement

You will design, build, and operate AI-powered growth experiences for customer acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle engagement. You will own an AI Voice Agent, scale AI-driven email systems, build reliable APIs and services, establish applied AI engineering practices, make architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-powered growth experiences across onboarding and lifecycle engagement
• Own the technical strategy and implementation for an AI Voice Agent
• Build and scale AI-driven email systems using ACE
• Partner with Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and Platform teams to identify opportunities and ship improvements
• Design reliable APIs, backend services, and frontend experiences
• Establish engineering patterns for applied AI development
• Make architectural decisions for conversational systems and communication workflows
• Mentor engineers and improve technical execution and product quality

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience building full-stack systems including frontend applications, backend APIs, and production services
• Experience in growth-related product areas such as onboarding, communications, workflow automation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey systems
• Applied AI experience with prompt design, tool integration, conversational experiences, content generation systems, or evaluation-driven iteration
• Experience owning multi-quarter initiatives with measurable business and customer impact
• Strong product and engineering judgment
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Experience with or interest in Ruby on Rails
• Ability to build well-structured, maintainable, well-documented code
• Ability to communicate across engineering teams and with business stakeholders
