Skills and Competencies

  • 8+ years of experience building enterprise-grade web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices
  • Strong expertise working within monorepo or multi-repository environments, shared component libraries, and design systems
  • Hands-on experience with component architecture, Storybook, testing frameworks, accessibility standards, and frontend performance optimization
  • Proven ability to modernize legacy frontend applications, manage framework upgrades, and implement scalable UI solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based deployment pipelines, SSO authentication, frontend architecture, and application lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage modern development tools and emerging technologies to improve software quality, efficiency, and user experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related technologies
  • Contribute to shared design systems and reusable component libraries that support multiple applications
  • Lead frontend modernization initiatives and promote scalable architectural standards across products
  • Develop accessible, performant, and reusable user interfaces aligned with business and user requirements
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences

The Asset Management Technology team develops innovative digital experiences and analytics solutions for the Structured Finance business. Working in a global environment, the team combines engineering excellence, design thinking, and emerging technologies to deliver best-in-class financial technology solutions.
