Our requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and the ability to operate independently on complex problems.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript/Node.js.
- Experience with React/Next.js.
- Strong understanding of APIs, networking, databases, distributed systems, and security.
- Hands-on experience designing APIs, schemas, and service boundaries for scalable systems.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Proven ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements, identify trade-offs, and make sound product and technical decisions.
- Experience taking ownership of larger technical areas and influencing architecture beyond individual features.
- An AI-native approach to development — using coding agents as a core part of your daily workflow, not just occasionally as an accelerator.
- Strong verification and code-review discipline: you read diffs, test generated code, and understand its edge cases before merging.
- Ability to quickly move between technologies and programming languages when needed.
