Staff Software Engineer

Overview Why we are looking for you You have hands-on experience in building generative AI solutions for business. You have architected and implemented agentic AI solutions that are currently in use in production. You have prior experience building and maintaining AI aligned platforms, preferably ones supporting applied AI solutions, especially those built for AI governance or AI spend management. You excel at leading lean, skilled technical teams that build and implement enterprise-wide solutions. You have experience working with at least two hyper-scalars, Azure preferred. Areas: cloud networking, configuring, optimizing for cost and performance. You have prior hands-on experience building CICD pipelines is a big plus. You are skilled at mentoring lead level engineers working on complex enterprise scale challenges. Responsibilities Contributing to Build / Buy decisions for platforms that tackle AI aligned enterprise challenges Architecting enterprise grade platforms in partnership with other teams (infrastructure, engineering, support) Developing strategy to optimize business workflows using AI and automation Reviewing tools, solutions, agentic workflows developed and delivered to business and tech teams Assisting in implementation/migration of AI enabled 3rd party solutions Qualifications BE/ B.Tech or higher : No correspondence course 10-13 years of experience Advanced Cloud solutions and AI certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect AZ305 or Claude Certified Architect will be a big plus.
