Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Staff engineers with strong expertise in GCP-based data engineering, including Airflow, DAG orchestration, Java/Spark, and BigQuery, as well as solid Java backend development experience
• Design and build scalable, resilient solutions using Java, microservices architecture, and Kafka-based event-driven systems.
• Drive cloud-native architecture, modernization, and optimization leveraging Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead Data Engineering initiatives, including data pipelines, integrations, and real-time processing solutions.
• Identify and implement cloud cost optimization opportunities while balancing performance, scalability, and business requirements.
