Staff Specialist, SC Customer Service

What we look for

Minimum 3-5 years related working experience
Proven customer support experience in International Supply chain
Semiconductor or Automotive industry experienced professionals preferred (Consignment / Scheduling Agreement skilled)
Good customer-facing skills, conversational proficiency and active listening
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction
Entrepreneurial drive and with excellent problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Flextime availability required and ability to teamwork in a dynamic environment
Must be fluent in business English and Mandarin (able to read, write and speak)
Education status with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
ERP (SAP) proficiency is mandatory
High proficiency in CRM (salesforce), EDI and Microsoft tools
