Staff/Sr. Hardware Design Engineer_TC28077

1. Lead the design and development of high-performance X86 server and GPU platform hardware.
2. Create detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, firmware, and validation engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Review and approve design documents, schematics, and layouts.
5. Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate hardware performance and reliability.
7. Debug and resolve hardware issues, working closely with validation and QA teams.
8. Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency.
9. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and user manuals.
10. Present design reviews and project updates to stakeholders and management
11. Provide technical support to customers and field application engineers.
12. Address and resolve customer issues related to hardware design and performance.
