Staff Technical Program Manager (Deployment & Logistics)
Summary
A senior individual contributor TPM owning end-to-end execution of complex enterprise robotics deployments across North America — orchestrating hardware supply chain, international freight/customs, 3PL warehousing, and OEM partnerships (Pudu Robotics), while building scalable workflows and reporting in tools like Jira, Asana, and NetSuite.
About Mecka AI
Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure layer for robotics and embodied AI.
We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.
We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware.
Mission
Serve as the principal operational architect of our deployment division, driving the end-to-end robotics lifecycle. As a senior IC, you will bridge commercial strategy, technical execution, and global supply chain operations to scale complex multi-vendor enterprise deployments and launch new markets across North America.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Execution: Act as the lead program owner for our most complex, high-value enterprise rollouts. Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Solutions Engineering, and Field Ops to ensure seamless delivery of custom AI-robotics integrations and Pudu fleets.
Logistics & Supply Chain Orchestration: Design and optimize the operational workflows for our hardware supply chain. Coordinate international freight, customs/import compliance, localized warehousing, and spare parts distribution networks (including 3PLs) to ensure hardware is on-site and on-time for new market deployments.
Principal OEM Technical Bridge: Serve as the primary technical liaison and senior escalation point for Pudu Robotics and future OEM partners. Translate North American field data into actionable product requirements to influence overseas hardware/software engineering roadmaps.
Systems Architecture & Standardization: Architect the internal tools and processes required to scale. Design advanced workflows in agile/tracking tools (Jira, Asana, ERP systems) to unify global teams. Build out data-driven reporting for key operational metrics (fleet uptime, deployment time-to-value, MTTR, inventory turns).
Candidate Profile & Experience
7–10+ years of experience as a TPM, Technical Operations Lead, or Supply Chain PM in robotics, complex enterprise IoT, or industrial hardware.
New Market & Logistics Expertise: Hands-on experience coordinating hardware deployments into new geographical markets, with a strong understanding of international freight, customs processes, and third-party logistics (3PL) coordination.
Senior IC Leadership: Proven ability to lead by influence (without direct reports). You can align executives, field engineers, and external vendors around a single master schedule and hold them accountable.
Systems & Process Mastery: Expert in configuring workflow and resource-planning systems (Asana, Jira, NetSuite, etc.) to bring order to chaotic, early-stage scaling environments.
Technical Acumen: Deep comfort bridging the gap between hardware/software engineering and real-world field operations; able to query and analyze fleet telemetry data to spot operational trends before they become bottlenecks.
