As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our project management efforts. You will coordinate the seamless delivery of technical programs, ensuring our projects are successfully implemented and meet the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in driving our mission forward by:

  • Leading and coordinating multiple workstreams across product engineering, legal, and enterprise customer commitments.
  • Owning the program layer of cloud environment security efforts, including control rollout, remediation SLAs, and audit readiness.
  • Building mechanisms for seamless execution such as product-style intake, prioritization frameworks, and launch readiness reviews.
  • Partnering closely with product management, build, and engineering leadership to ensure successful project launches and smooth deprecation of prior tooling.
  • Holding your own in architecture reviews, build documents, and post-incident debriefs, while reading and reasoning about production code in modern languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.).
  • Reasoning about cloud infrastructure at the architecture level, particularly with AWS, to ensure robust security measures.
  • Directly reading metrics, logs, and dashboards, querying SIEM data, and interpreting SLO burn to maintain high standards of security and performance.

Your experience should include...

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven history of outstanding performance and experience in the following areas:

  • 10+ years of technical program management, with at least 5 years in security, cloud, data platform, or infrastructure organizations at scale.
  • Prior individual contributor (IC) engineering experience, particularly in software, security, data, or SRE, or comparable background.
  • Direct ownership of programs spanning multiple engineering teams, with reporting to Director-level or higher.
  • Experience in shipping products, including GA achievements, launch readiness, and post-launch operations.
  • Proficiency in cloud security and posture management, Kubernetes runtime security, security data pipelines and SIEM, and security automation and SOAR, with deep expertise in at least three.
  • Ability to read and critique system build documents, understanding latency, efficiency, cost, and failure modes for distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with ML or LLM-integrated products, including training and evaluation pipelines, and the judgment to ensure GA readiness.
  • Proven history of developing lasting program frameworks and excellent written communication abilities.

You might also have...

  • A computer science degree or comparable background in the industry.
  • Direct experience with major SIEM and SOAR platforms, cloud provider security services, or Kubernetes-native security tooling.
  • Experience running Sev 1 or Sev 2 incident coordination.
  • Prior work on data protection, privacy, or DLP programs.
