Staff Test Engineer -NPI (湖口)

■Job Summary
The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented test engineering team (Asia Test Center) supporting a diversified portfolio of state-of-the-art Custom and Industrial Power Products at Renesas.

■Key Responsibilities
1. Manage assigned development activities to meet project milestones, deliverables, cost targets, and production release schedules.
2. Support silicon characterization, design verification, correlation, and production qualification activities to ensure test coverage, quality, and manufacturability.
3. Analyze complex technical issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimize quality, cost, and schedule risks.
4. Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices across the engineering organization.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, test cost reduction, productivity, and operational excellence.

■Qualifications and Skills
1. More than 8 years of hands-on experience on Advantest V93k/ Teradyne UltraFLEX or equivalent mixed signal ATE (Cohu DiamondX).
2. Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, also experience with Mixed-Signal / PMIC / Charger related design blocks and corresponding test methods.
3. Experience on PCB design tool such as Cadence Allegro or Altium.
4. Experience on lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Digital Multi-meters, VNA, etc.
5. Proficient in statistical analysis and skilled in using relevant tools like Dana, JMP or Spotfire for data analysis.
6. Understanding of GIT revision control.
7. Experience on script languages – Python/Perl.
8. Strong organizational skills, ability to establish priorities, multi-task, handle competing priorities and follow through on all open items/tasks.
9. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
