Staff UI Developer

Requirements:

• 8+ years of frontend development experience.
• 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Expert-level skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong experience with state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc. ).
• Proven success in building and scaling complex applications.
• Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with build systems, bundlers, and modern tooling.
• Strong understanding of backend and cloud technologies (AWS, Python, APIs, databases).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-team decisions.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in high-ownership environments.
