Team: PMO + 3 Project Managers
Requirements:
- • 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies
- • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address client challenges effectively
- • Experience in establishing and expanding a partnership network
- • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- • Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
- • Planning and allocation of resources
- • Coordination of staffing processes
- • Take an active part in determining the staffing strategy of the project
- • Analysis of the company’s reserve, the timely opening of vacancies for external search
- • Involving people in projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget
- • Planning rotations and replacements on projects
- • Assistance in working with outstaff projects
- • Preparing the candidate for an interview with the client
- • Staffing projects in cooperation with Sales and Delivery departments.
- • Oversee & Coordinate project transfers to Delivery, ensuring smooth transitions.
- • Addressing workload imbalances and resource conflicts to maximize efficiency.
