About the Team
Our international and agile team is looking for a Stage Assembly & Integration Technician (f/m/d) to support the build and testing of rocket stages. In this hands-on role, you will directly contribute to the successful development of prototypes and critical test campaigns. Join us to help shape the future of space transportation in a fast-paced New Space environment.
Your Tasks
- Assemble and integrate mechanical components and structures based on technical drawings to ensure high-quality stage builds.
- Perform precision metalworking tasks including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing to meet tight tolerances.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve assembly processes.
- Support test campaigns by preparing hardware, executing assembly work on-site, and ensuring readiness of test setups.
- Ensure adherence to production standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements throughout all assembly activities.
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in metalworking, such as industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, or metal fabricator, with the ability to independently execute mechanical assembly tasks.
- Solid hands-on experience in sheet metal processing and conventional manufacturing techniques, enabling precise and reliable workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and implement them accurately in assembly and fabrication work.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style combined with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
- Nice to have: Forklift and crane license, as well as experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision industries.
