We are seeking a dedicated and organized

Stage Manager

to oversee day-to-day stage operations, performer schedules, and live entertainment execution.

The ideal candidate will handle talent scheduling, coordinate rehearsals, manage backstage/on-stage operations, and ensure high-quality live performances while maintaining smooth event flow.

1. Operations & Stage Management

• Oversee and manage the stage area, backstage logistics, and AV/lighting flow during live performances.

• Prepare and manage daily show run-sheets, rehearsal schedules, and daily call sheets for performers.

• Ensure strict adherence to show timelines, set times, and performance quality control.

• Coordinate on-site deployment, attendance, and welfare of performing artistes/entertainers.
  
  Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in stage management, live entertainment, theater, or event operations. (Experience in nightlife, live music venues, or commercial entertainment is a strong plus).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse groups of performers and technical crews.

    • Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure during live events.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to show schedules
