STAGE PERFORMING ARTISTE
Summary
Performs live Tamil songs and trained dance routines for productions, requiring strong vocal and physical skills and bilingual fluency.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven, continuous professional stage experience (amateur/hobbyist experience not considered)
- Formal training in at least one performing discipline (dance, theatre, or voice) from a recognized institution, with a performance reel/portfolio required at application
- Must pass a live audition and physical assessment — no exceptions regardless of résumé
- Proficient in performing Tamil songs live, with strong pitch, diction, and emotional delivery in the language
- Trained in at least one dance discipline (contemporary, classical, or cultural/traditional forms), able to pick up new choreography within a few run-throughs
- Strong physical fitness to sustain high-intensity performance and rehearsals of up to 6–8 hours without accommodation
- Excellent command of English and Tamil, for scripted, vocal, and improvisational work across both languages
- Zero tolerance for missed rehearsals, late arrivals, or inconsistent commitment
- Willingness to sign exclusivity/non-compete clauses during active production periods
- Available for irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and short-notice call times (24–48 hours)
