Stage Supervisor

The Stage Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of all live performances and stage activities. This includes coordinating performers, managing show schedules, ensuring stage equipment is ready, and maintaining a professional and enjoyable entertainment experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate all live performances according to the daily schedule.

* Liaise with singers, musicians, comedians, DJs, and other performers before and during shows.

* Ensure performers are ready and on stage on time.

* Conduct sound checks and coordinate with the sound and lighting technicians.

* Supervise stage setup, props, microphones, and other equipment.

* Monitor show quality and resolve any operational issues quickly.

* Ensure compliance with venue safety procedures and house rules.

* Communicate with the operations manager regarding performance schedules and special events.

* Handle last-minute performer substitutions or schedule changes.

* Maintain backstage discipline and professionalism.

* Assist in planning special performances, themed events, and promotional shows.

* Prepare daily performance reports and incident reports when necessary.

Requirements

* Strong leadership and organisational skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.

* Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Hours
