Topic : Lean analysis and productivity improvement of direct labor in Burn-In production line

Objective: Identify waste in Burn In operations and improve labor efficiency using lean tools.

• Identify main wastes and detractors
• Time study of activities
• Value-added vs non-value-added analysis
• Identification of bottlenecks
• Reduce waiting, motion, searching, and rework time in production activities.
• Proposal of standard work and method improvements
• Productivity before/after comparison
