As a Restaurant Intern, your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and serving guests in the restaurant according to the hotel's service standards.
• Presenting menus, answering guests' questions, and taking orders.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Communicating with the kitchen regarding allergies, special requests, and product availability.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Assisting with the setup, clearing, and replenishment of restaurant areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of premises, equipment, and workspaces.
• Following hygiene, safety, and quality standards and procedures at all times.

You'll Be a Great Fit If:

You are a student at a school recognised under the Swiss Collective Labour Agreement for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry. You enjoy working as part of a team, thrive on challenges, take initiative, and have a strong service mindset. You are curious, passionate, and eager to grow in an environment where high standards go hand in hand with support and respect.

You also have:

• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
