As a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern, your main responsibilities will include:- Assisting the Housekeeping team in coordinating the department's daily operations.
- Monitoring and updating room status (arrivals, departures, priority rooms, and "Do Not Disturb" rooms).
- Preparing and distributing daily worksheets and room assignments for the housekeeping teams.
- Coordinating requests between Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry departments.
- Following up on guest requests and contributing to guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring administrative tasks are properly completed and maintaining the required reports.
- Reporting equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with the hotel's quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

You are also:
- A student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.

- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Able to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
