Startup Associate (Part-time)

Curious about startups, e-commerce, and building things?

Parently is a circular e-commerce company that gives families access to products through rental and subscription models. Behind the scenes, this means we work every day with physical products, logistics, operations, customer experience, and business development.

We're looking for a curious and entrepreneurial person who wants to gain hands-on experience in a growing startup and learn how a business is built from the inside.

What you'll do

As a Startup Associate, you'll support different parts of the business, including:

• E-commerce operations

• Handling physical products

• Product inspections and quality control

• Logistics and order fulfillment

• Customer support

• Process improvements and operational development

• Various projects across the company

Some tasks are hands-on in our warehouse, while others involve analysis, problem-solving, and helping us improve how we work.

Requirement & Specifications

• Able to work on site in Sundbyberg for 20 hours a week (2-3 days)

• Starting Date: September / October 2026 (flexible)
