State Delivery Driver

$20-$25/hour to deliver slices of cheesy goodness! Ian's Pizza is a local shop serving up funky, handcrafted pies, and we're looking for great people to join the driver crew.

• $20/hr Guaranteed Minimum*. Drivers typically earn $20-$25/hr with base wage, post-10pm bonuses, reimbursement per delivery run, and tips included.
• Bonus pay on certain holidays and Badger football home game days.

Delivery Driver Position

You'll prep and pack orders, finish and cut pizzas, mix delivery salads, and zip around the delivery zone making deliveries. When you're not on the road, you'll take phone and online orders, stock supplies, tackle cleaning and dishes, and help the team complete shift checklists to keep things running smoothly.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

No experience required, though previous delivery or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

• Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle. Motor Vehicle Record is checked during the interview process.
• Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly, including up and down stairs.
• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Delivery Driver Scheduling

We're open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Typical shift times include, but are not limited to, lunch (10/11am-5pm), dinner (4/5pm-12am), and late nights (8/10pm-4am).

Late-night shifts (8/10pm-4am) are required once per week. Part-time and full-time hours are available.
