This position is responsible for ensuring that all nursing services across the state are operated in compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Responsible for assessing, improving, and systematizing health services delivery across the specified state or region. Act as a resource for Health Services Managers and clinical staff. In addition to the duties of the DON, acts as the Associate Director for assigned agency operations. Assumes responsibility for operations in the absence of the Executive Director.
