• Outbound Calls on Purchased Leads
• Calling to Cross Sell
• Gathering Information for a Quote
• Inputting Information Into System for Sales Agents
• Assigning Opportunities to Sales Agents

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with the public in person and by phone
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing tools
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn insurance-related concepts and compliance guidelines
• Prior customer-facing or sales experience is a plus but not required
