We are seeking an experienced and results-driven State Head - HRBP (Client Acquisition & Operations) to lead corporate client acquisition, HR operations, business strategy, and operational excellence across the state.

Total Experience: 10 - 20 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Operations:

- Lead state-level operations and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and resource management.

2. Client Acquisition:

- Oversee corporate client acquisition strategies to expand market presence.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

3. HRBP Leadership:

- Provide strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.

- Manage talent development and performance management frameworks.

Ideal Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in HRBP or operations management roles.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and business development.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication skills to engage with must-have clients and internal stakeholders.
