We're looking for a Static Mechanical Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality maintenance services on a single site. You'll play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently while providing excellent service to our client.Role Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (FCUs, thermal wheels), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters)Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed accurately and on timeRespond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all timesWork safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at heightBuild positive working...
