What you'll do

• Prepare and season the dishes corresponding to their station.
• Organize and distribute the work among the members of their section.
• Control the mise-en-place and ensure the order, cleanliness, and maintenance of their work area.

What we're looking for

• Training in Culinary Arts or Restaurant Management.
• Technical culinary knowledge.
• Proven experience in a kitchen setting.
