Station Chef

About the role

At Iberostar, we are looking to bring a Station Chef into our team at Iberostar Waves Las Dalias 4*, but before you learn more about the position, we believe it is important that you know a little about Iberostar Group:

What you'll do

- Control and supervision of the assigned station.

- Elaborating, preparing, cooking, and presenting the established dishes.

- Collaborating in the ordering and preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen.

- Responsible for the setup, service, and breakdown of the buffet.

- Taking care of the presentation of the served dishes.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

What we're looking for

- Experience as a station chef in a Hotel or Restaurant.

- Knowledge of the cold/hot station.

- Safety, cleaning, and hygiene habits at work.

- Teamwork skills and customer orientation.

- Residence in the vacancy area.
