Requirements
• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in LPG, retail, or similar operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the station.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate station staff.
• Drive sales growth and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory and ensure operational efficiency.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and company operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support business performance initiatives.
