Stationed Gardener

Job Summary:

The Landscaping Gardener is responsible for maintaining and enhancing landscapes, ensuring the health, appearance, and safety of gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas. This role involves planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and performing various groundskeeping tasks to create aesthetically pleasing and sustainable landscape environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
• Weed, and prune lawns and garden beds to ensure a tidy appearance.
• Water plants and lawns appropriately, utilizing irrigation systems when necessary.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with safety standards.
• Remove debris, fallen leaves, and waste to maintain clean outdoor spaces.
• Monitor plant health and diagnose issues such as pests or diseases
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with clients or team members to understand landscaping needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping or gardening preferred.
• Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery safely.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• No experience are welcome to apply. On Job Training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoors in various weather conditions may be required.
• Use of protective gear required.
• OT may be required

Working hours:

• 5.5/6 days work week depends on site requirement
