Job Details:

Job Title: Statistical Programmer/Analyst

Location: Greenville, SC

Duration: 12+ Months (could go beyond)

Responsibilities:

· Interpret large amounts of data, analyze results using statistical methods, interpret trends, and provide ongoing reporting

· Develop recommendations based on data interpretation and analysis to increase productivity, reliability, forecasting, etc.

· Use of advanced statistical concepts to determine significant sources of variability

· Cost benefit analysis, ROI to help deliver the most value to the organization

· Forecast/trending of performance data

· Process mapping and efficiency analysis

· Provide subject matter expertise for all data related processes and analyses

· Analyze trends of monthly KPI results for performance improvement concepts

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in science, engineering, **Applied statistics, or other related technical discipline.

· Knowledge of statistical data tools such as JMP and SAS is desired.

· Ability to use and obtain data from workflow tools, data warehouses, etc. and is comfortable with statistical concepts such as distribution theories, general probability theory, correlations

· Applying statistics and software in data analysis (example Minitab).

· Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

· Demonstrated ability to collect, communicate and present data and information.

· Flexibility, a good work ethic and ability to work in a team environment is required.
