Hours: 7pm-7:30am (1 shift per week including every 3rd weekend)

As a Statline Operator you will:

  • Handle calls for all Cincinnati Children’s facilities, (Burnet, Liberty, and Urgent Care locations).

  • Collaborates with clinical, admitting information systems, and environmental services staff to coordinate efficient patient flow.

  • Communicate information relating to incoming patients arriving at any location. Coordinate activation requests for medical/trauma response teams as well as other house wide activations.

  • Monitor entrances to the trauma bay as well as helipad views for both Burnet and Liberty Campuses.

  • Update staff on patient ETA.

  • Serve as the Emergency Department liaison to EMS units.

  • Manage referral and hospital transfer calls from community providers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
