Statutory Compliance and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Statutory Compliance and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. This role is crucial for ensuring that our organization adheres to all statutory regulations related to payroll, attendance, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various compliance requirements, including PF, ESIC, and other labour laws, and will be responsible for managing payroll processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll and employee benefits, including PF and ESIC. - Manage the recruitment process, ensuring that all hiring practices align with legal requirements. - Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursement. - Maintain attendance records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws. - Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to analyze payroll data and generate reports. - Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review. - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve compliance measures. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance regulations. - Experience in payroll management and recruitment processes. - Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
