STEEL DETAILER
Summary
Creates detailed shop, fabrication, and erection drawings for steel structures using Tekla Structures or AutoCAD, and coordinates with engineers and site teams.
Job Scope
- Prepare structural steel shop, fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Produce 2D/3D detailing using Tekla Structures or AutoCAD.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on project requirements and site changes.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of steel detailing experience.
- Proficient in Tekla Structures and/or AutoCAD.
- Able to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
