THE ENGAGEMENT
Support and enhance a live STEP
MDM platform at a UK financial services
client, working from an Infosys
nearshore delivery centre in Central/Eastern
Europe. This is a run-and-iterate
role on an existing Customer MDM
deployment — extending, tuning,
and supporting it, not building from scratch.
The platform underpins the
client's single view of customer data across
multiple product lines,
integrated with their broader data fabric.
Requirements
WHAT WE NEED
5–7 years' hands-on Stibo STEP
development — configuration, customisation,
integration. Working knowledge of
STEP CWB, STEP APIs, business rules in
JavaScript, XML / XSD / XPath /
XSLT, and Java. Working understanding of
Customer MDM (CMDM) —
match-merge, survivorship, golden record. Experience
with at least one major ETL or
integration tool (SAP BODS, Informatica,
ODI, SSIS, or similar). SQL
working level (Oracle or SQL Server). English
working proficiency (B2 minimum)
— UK client communication is daily.
NICE TO HAVE
Financial services delivery
exposure. Stibo certification. Exposure to Erwin
Data Intelligence, Erwin Data
Modeler, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or
OneTrust. BAU support experience
on a live MDM platform (not just
implementation projects). Prior
UK or Western European client experience.
WORK AUTHORISATION
EU / EEA nationals. Polish,
Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech nationals — direct.
Ukrainian CUKR holders already in
Poland — direct.
