What You'll Do

• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces throughout the facility
• Clean walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, and ventilation hoods
• Operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers and other specialized tools
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness standards
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and transport them to disposal locations
• Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
• Support a culture of superior guest service through behind-the-scenes excellence
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the operation

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working in a physically active role that includes standing, lifting, scrubbing, sweeping, and mopping
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous cleaning, stewarding, warehouse, or food service experience is helpful, but not required
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude
