Maintains kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes, organizing storage, and disposing of waste in a luxury hotel setting.
- The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for the day to day cleaning duties of the kitchen. The Steward/Dishwasher will strive to create the safest, cleanest, most sanitary and organized environment possible. They will execute their duties in an efficient and effective manner, assuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, dish pit, waste disposal areas, storerooms and all food service related equipment through his/her daily work performance.
