Stewarding Shift Leader

The Stewarding Shift Leader at Villa Haven will oversee the stewarding operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient dishwashing, equipment cleaning, waste management, and overall cleanliness within the F&B department. This role plays a crucial part in supporting culinary activities and maintaining hygiene standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Stewarding Shift Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in a luxury resort, hotel, or F&B environment.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
