Job Responsibilities:
Assist Chief Steward in maintenance and care of all Food & Beverage operating equipment
Coordinate with Kitchen and service for all necessary equipment and ready at the designated time
Responsible for assigning daily employee work loads and monitors the attendance of staff
Supervise employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual
Train employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual
Establish and maintains effective employee relation in his section
Job Requirements:
Over 3 years' Stewarding experience in a 5-star hotel, or holder of bachelor's degree in hospitality will also be considered
Excellent language skills in Chinese. Basic English
Must be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays
