Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE

The OCP Stewardship Programs and Services Manager will be responsible for managing and executing OCP’s stewardship formation programs and services through Corresponsables de Dios (CDD). The position will coordinate and facilitate Stewardship Enhancement Initiatives and other stewardship services with parishes and dioceses, including preparation, leadership formation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up. This role will maintain and develop relationships with pastors, diocesan leaders, parish staff and ministry leaders and will support the Director in strengthening programs and identifying new opportunities for sustainable growth. Because CDD has particular expertise serving Hispanic-Latino Catholic communities, this position requires strong bilingual, bicultural and intercultural competency and the ability to facilitate programs effectively in English and Spanish.
