Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced STIBO STEP Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), implementation, development, and support. The ideal candidate should have strong STEP JavaScript development skills, experience configuring workflows and business rules, and exposure to PIM, Customer, Supplier, and Vendor data domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on STIBO STEP implementation, development, and support projects.
• Develop and maintain STEP JavaScript functional scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with STIBO architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure STEP integrations, workflows, business rules, Lists of Values (LOVs), and attribute groups.
• Support MDM initiatives across Product Information Management (PIM), Customer, Supplier, and Vendor domains.
• Identify test data requirements and support functional testing and defect resolution.
• Support UAT users during test execution and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
• Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and production issues.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in STIBO STEP development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in STEP JavaScript development.
• Experience in MDM and PIM concepts and data management processes.
• Working knowledge of STEP workflows, business rules, LOVs, attribute groups, and integrations.
• Experience working with STIBO architects and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of functional requirements, test data preparation, and UAT support.
