What are we looking for?
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Digital environments, specifically in roles related to service management, product management, or project management of digital platforms & digital programs within relevant global business contexts. Experience should include leadership in driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience in leading high-performing teams and managing complex, large-scale projects or digital platforms. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Great written, verbal and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships across diverse groups, including senior executives and external partners. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across multiple teams with varying and sometimes conflicting interests, advocating for and supporting GDO, while simultaneously defending and promoting the interests of the segment.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on ideation, negotiation, and influencing outcomes at an organizational level, adept at navigating ambiguity, influencing outcomes, and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong Organizational-Savvy with deep comprehension of GDO organization, its functions and processes, navigating the political complexities of multiple organizations.
- User-centric mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in digital solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and management, including budget oversight and strategic investment planning to align with business objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to working across different time zones and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Strategic Leadership aiming Business Leveraging: Partner with Global Digital Operations (GDO) and other DT teams in business to lead strategic discussions and initiatives that aims to keep the business stable and continuously improving the IT landscape in Snacking segment. Generate relevant insights to be discussed with senior leadership in GDO and Segment DT. Design action plans and lead cross-functional teams to deliver actions that will boost segment, often using Design Thinking (User-Centric) and creativity approach to create ‘out of the box’ solution proposals. Manage multiple stakeholders from different levels and drive vision to deliver effectively the improvement to business, aligned with GDO standards, processes and be long-term sustainable. Lead and resolve complex scenarios that require multi teams’ engagement in GDO and conflict management with the segment, streamlining the communication and simplifying the scenario/processes whenever possible. Boost GDO teams with resources, skills or knowledge, allowing them to deliver actions that will increase business efficiency. Act as a GDO Single Point of Contact for RC Segment DT organization.
- Project and Program Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of projects within GDO for Snacking, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimization, and effective risk management, as a primary GDO representative and first layer of contact for RC DT/program teams. Lead cross-functional teams in GDO, including external partners, to deliver key initiatives that support business growth and transformation. Generate reports and/or visual assets for executive updates to leadership, properly communicating status, risk, etc. Act as an GDO escalation point of contact
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders from GDO and Snacking, ensuring proactive communication and management of expectations. Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks and align stakeholder interests with organizational goals. Maintain regular agenda with senior executive stakeholders from business to discuss roadmap, escalations and align strategies. Engage GDO to collaborate in complex scenarios that require technical expertise, delivering through these technical subject matter expert stakeholders.
- Navigating Organizational Complexity: Lead efforts to create a collaborative environment, effectively partner with multiple teams, and leverage data-driven insights to navigate complex challenges. Develop frameworks for risk evaluation and decision-making processes that support business objectives. Create and apply mechanisms to “translate” business demands into GDO actionable items and vice-versa (transform GDO roadblocks and/or requirements into insights/actions for business), in their respective languages (business versus IT), creating an effective bridge between both organizations.
- Financial Stewardship and Governance: Lead financial planning and management efforts, ensuring alignment with GDO and RC objectives. Oversee budget management and drive strategic investment decisions to support long-term growth and sustainability.
