Stock Allocation Controller (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

- Working closely with the warehouse to arrange stock location within the warehouse.

- Maintaining accurate stock records

- Tracking stock movement and analyzing demand from stores.

- Handling stock queries and investigation on stock movement.

- Support to the buying team for ad hoc tasks

Requirements

- 2 years’ experience in stock control, inventory management or similar roles.

- Proficiency in Excel with ability to lookup data and manage master file.

- Good sense in computer system

- Well-organized and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work in priority and multi-tasking

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin
